In a team, I am the one who brings the various disciplines together. I translate between UX, development, and marketing, ensuring that concepts are not only designed to be user-friendly but also implemented in a realistic and business-relevant manner.

Open, structured, and solution-oriented. I translate UX and technical topics in an understandable way, actively incorporating other perspectives and focusing on close collaboration to advance efficiently and purposefully.

One of my biggest challenges was the cross-functional role at Houzy. I worked simultaneously in the product team (UX/UI, user research, usability tests, design system) and in marketing (campaigns, landing pages, branding). Coordinating different priorities and stakeholders was demanding. Through clear planning, regular meetings, and transparent communication, we were able to sustainably improve collaboration.

I ensure user-centered design by understanding the needs and requirements of users early on and continuously validating my designs. I use interviews, surveys, usability tests, as well as existing data and feedback to gain insights into their problems, goals, and desires. At Houzy, we often worked with current and desired journeys that we mapped together as a team on Miro.
