Process
Challenge
The existing homepage only partially conveyed the platform concept and did not make the 360° approach apparent to users at first glance. At the same time, the page should serve as a starting point for different use cases while clearly guiding towards registration and use of the platform.
Solution
Based on user research, qualitative feedback, and internal requirements, an intuitive navigation structure was developed that clearly highlights the three core areas "Buying", "Living", and "Selling".
Iterative UX/UI designs, visually striking entry points, and a user-friendly interface were refined using user feedback and A/B testing to optimally balance orientation, trust, and conversion.











Business Impact
The new homepage now clearly conveys Houzy's 360° approach and thus strengthens its perception as the leading real estate platform in Switzerland.
Thanks to optimized structure, clear user guidance, and improved interactions, the registration rate has been increased by 8%. This was a key factor in achieving the milestone of 100,000 registrations in the same year.
