Challenge
The existing forms already generated leads, but they had not yet fully tapped into the potential of the landing pages. Heatmap and analysis (e.g., via Hotjar, Google Analytics) showed that leads significantly increased when the CTA was visible in the first viewport – this insight was directly incorporated into the design process.
Solution
I developed various form and hero variants, optimized the logic, and integrated the lead flow directly into the hero header.
Additionally, we analyzed competitive examples, set up tracking cleanly, and implemented the forms technically so that they remain scalable and easily testable. With the help of Typeform, we were able to quickly create new lead generation forms for new landing pages to generate initial leads until the in-house Offerflows were fully developed.








Business Impact
The optimization of hero headers and lead forms led to a 6% increase in leads, with higher lead quality due to clearer user guidance and reduced friction points.
The project made a measurable contribution to revenue growth and strengthened Houzy's competitive position in the market.
